PathoFinder is a privately owned nucleic acid diagnostics company founded in 2004. The company focuses on the development and commercialization of a new generation of molecular diagnostics, with special emphasis on infectious disease. Our proprietary MultiFinder technology allows for the detection and differentiation of up to 25 viral and bacterial pathogens in a single assay.

PathoFinder has established collaborations with several clinical and academic centers in the Netherlands as well as several institutes across Europe.

PathoFinder is dedicated to the development, validation and production of high quality, sensitive and robust multiplex assays for the detection of multiple pathogens in a single assay.

Our products are designed to work on many commercially available detection systems to enable a rapid introduction into molecular diagnostics laboratories.

PathoFinder will continue to develop new assays for several panel diseases like Respiratory Tract Infections (RTI's), Viral Meningitis and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's).
